sending a ticket to a friend takes two taps. no account needed on their end.
from the app
open the ticket → transfer → type their email or phone. they’ll get a new ticket with their name on it. yours stops being valid the moment they accept.
from the web
tired.events → orders → ticket → transfer. same flow.
edge cases
- the organizer disabled transfers. shown on the event page. happens for tastings and workshops with a waitlist.
- transferred to the wrong person. the recipient has to decline (or not accept within 72 hours) and then you can re-send.
- partial transfer. yes — if you bought 4 tickets, you can transfer 1.
fees
free. we charge nothing for transfers. the recipient pays nothing.
